The staff at Emerald Coast Community Church has spent many years commited to Christian service. Our staff enjoys serving our community, whether in sharing our faith or just lending a helping hand. Here are a few of Emerald Coast Community Church's staff members, starting with Don Coker: |
Don Coker (Lead Pastor) 
Don has been the Lead Pastor at Emerald Coast for the past 20 years. He is married to his wife, Thea, and they have 5 children...now grown and out of the nest! Don enjoys kayaking, billiards, reading, listening to mp3 sermons & music and just chillin in the back yard with my wife. "At EC we all strive to be extremely Biblical, energetic and engaging. We consistently endeavor to remain true to the Word of God, while presenting the truth with enthusiasm and relevancy." |

Ronnie Hay (Administrative Pastor)
Ronnie is one of the elders at EC and his contributions to the body here are beyond description! Most all of the administrative "behind the scenes" ministry of EC can be attributed to Ronnie & we thank God for he and his wife Neppie. By the way, they have been a part of EC for over 30 years! |

Melinda Grogan (Children's Ministries Director)
Melinda definitely has a gift for working with both children and their parents! She is a great asset to EC. Melinda is married to Randall who is one of our deacons here at EC. They have 4 children. |

Doug Moesta (Worship Team Leader)
What a blessing Doug is to our church family! Even though he is often busy with "Moesta Ministries" on the road doing concerts, He always comes through for EC! Doug and the team lead us in authentic worship every Sunday and we thank God for them! |

Nathan (Nate) Spitsbergen (Worship Team Leader)
Nate is our newest staff member and he brings a variety of gifts & talents to EC. We are very happy God sent Nate & his family our way! |

John Fountain (Assistant Worship Leader)
John is one of the best guitar players in Pensacola, and his music is one of his ministries. John helps orchestrate most of the songs we do at EC. He also teaches guitar at "Blues Angel". |

Chris Cook (Media Director)
Chris is a gifted audio,video tech and sound engineer. He brings it all together and keeps everything working in our media department. This is one of the hardest ministries in a local church setting! Chris also owns his own video production service. |
